Exercise like Charlie Brown says...


Let’s get physical!


Being physical is an important part of being healthy.


Adults should exercise a minimum of 150 minutes per week.


That sounds like a lot, but done in segments it’s actually easy to do. You can choose to exercise 15 minutes each morning and each evening Monday through Friday, and you’ve got your 150 minutes done for the week.


You don’t need a gym membership, either.


You can take a brisk walk, do yoga, ride a bike, etc.


If you have not had a medical check-up recently, come see us to make sure it is safe for you to exercise.


And... always follow the advice of your medical professional before starting a new exercise program.
